As a business owner for over 20 years Sharon has trained and mentored hundreds of employees. Training them included knowledge about the product, the art of sales, resilience, allowing themselves to succeed and become greater, setting goals, and dreaming bigger. That is when the understanding and the need to become a life coach developed.

Sharon is a certified life coach and an author. Whether a client has business or personal life improvement goals, Sharon’s philosophy of becoming a model of good rather than perfection helps individuals and teams find their own process of discovering the best versions of themselves. Because of these unequaled life and teaching experiences, Sharon has learned a myriad of ways to identify how an individual can maximize their potential and the foresight to removing roadblocks on the path to success. Sharon’s extensive experience as an entrepreneur in a business with international dealings have helped her not only discover these paths but create paths of her own making leading others towards success.
